送料・お届けについて
Delivery
- For the delivery you can use the following two companies
Kuroneko Yamato
Koolbin Yupakku - There might be some delay in the delivery due to Natural Disaster, traffic jamming and traffic accidents. So we would like you to thank you in advance for understanding.
- Our service is only for the domestic Halal consumers. We can not supply our Halal products outside japan.
- We will inform you ( by email ) about the dispatch of the package the day we send it off. So please be aware to check about the detail in our message to you.
- We will send the parcel within 4 days ( weekdays ) after the payment is confirmed. But except for those who pay through the bank, their parcel will be sent after the remittance to our bank account is verified. Those Who are in hurry should check this in the remark column. We do our best to send the package as soon as possible.
- In case you are away when the parcel arrives, you should contact the delivery office mentioned in the Delivery Notice as soon as possible.
- Since the content of the package is raw material, it is advisable to receive the package on the specified date and time.
- If you are unable to collect the package on time, it will be returned to us, in that case you will be charged for the postage.

お届け方法について
- 配送業者は「ヤマト運輸」の『クロネコクール便』または「ゆうパック」の『クール便』を使用します。
- 天災や配送業者の事故、交通事情などにより、商品のお届けが遅れる場合がございます。予めご了承くださいませ。
- 海外（日本国内以外）からのご注文および、海外への発送は一切承っておりません。
- 当店では、ご注文確定を確認後に受付完了の旨をメールでお知らせをお送りしております。商品発送時のメールは送っておりません。
- 商品のお届け時にご不在だった場合は、不在票記載の配送業者各営業所まで、必ず指定期日以内に直接ご連絡ください。
- 商品は生物ですから、必ず手渡しが可能な日時を指定してください。
- 不在荷物の所定保管期間を過ぎてもお荷物をお引取り頂けない場合、ご注文の商品は一旦当店へ返送されます。その際に発生する送料等はご請求させて頂きます。
また、同内容で返品処理がなされても、返金はいたしかねますので、予めご了承願います。
